 Today we did nothing but chill in class. The only rule we had was don’t be too loud. For the whole period we talked and was on our phones.

 Today we read a poem called Birches by Robert Frost. The poem was about trying to escape adult hood and going bake to childhood. Next we defined different vocabulary words and determined ways to escape from Earth physically and mentally. We explained the difference between adulthood and childhood and how they are totally different. We referred to childhood as a carefree time in our life and adulthood as a not carefree time with responsibilities.

 Today we did a kahoot on the story we read. Our class was cut short because we were on lockdown. Everyone basically passed the kahoot. I was in the top for most of the kahoot but then at the end I came in fourth. Also I figured out that we have a test tomorrow that is going to be like the kahoot we just did.

 Today we watched the film fences. We only watched the important scenes of the movie because the whole movie is about 2 hours long. While we watched the movie we listed 10 events that were different from the film and play. Also I had to write a very brief review of the film for the parts we watched.
