 Today I started our annotated bibliography. We first got shown an example of the assignment and then we explained how we would do it. Once we were doing explaining we had the example of for a reference. Halfway through the class Mr. Rease checked our progress and helped us if we were confused with the assignment. We did that for the whole period and then got dismissed.

 Today Mr. Rease was not here. Therefore we didn’t have much work to do. Today I looked over my sources for my project then after that we did nothing. That was the whole period for today.

 Today we picked our favorite sources from our group. We took 15 minutes each of looking through each person in our groups source folder. Then we picked the best one to represent our topic. We did that till the end to end of class. Since that was all we did we got finished early. 

 Today we finished up our sources. We had to have 7 sources at the end of the class. At the beginning of class we reviewed how to do the sources then we were left to do it by ourselves. I finished my sources but I don’t know about my other group members. That was the whole class.

 Today we finished off the presentation of the black owned business. Then we watched a video on successful black business people. We had a worksheet we had to fill out while we watched the video. The video was 40 minutes long so it went on till the end of class. When class was over we turned in the worksheet and that was the end of the day.

 Today 5 people presented their projects. I was the first one to present the black owned businesses project. After I presented two other people presented their project and then I left for my game. Therefore I was not in class the rest of the day.

 Today I went to class for 19 minutes. After that I had to leave class early for a basketball game. Therefore I wasn’t in class for the remainder of the period.

 Today we worked on our black owned business project. Mr.Rease was not here so we had a sub. We worked on that for the whole class period.

 

 Today was Valentine’s Day so I’m class we did a Valentine’s Day activity. On each persons back there was a piece of paper and people had to write positive things on it. We did that for 4 minutes then took it off our back and had to write a poem with the positive things from the paper. We presented our poems out loud then we were given a paper heart to write a not to a loved one. I chose my mom and dad and I did mom on one side and dad on the other. This was all we did in class and it was a fun day.

 Today we  got a paper for a project we are going to start. The project is about black owned businesses and we looked through an examples of the project from a previous student. After that we read a pledge. On this pledge we underlined key words and talked about what each stanza was expressing. That took us to the end of class. 

 Today we looked for sources again for the second day in a row. We mainly had to look for a political cartoon and a newspaper. We had to have 5 sources by the end of class. I only had three but I found my fourth one the last minute of class. That was the end of class for today and it was an easy day.

 Today for the whole class we had to find sources. We had to find sources for our project and had to have certain ones. Some were mandatory and others can be extra because we have to have ten. That was the whole class period and we didn’t do nothing else.

 Today we read chapter 7 of the book Wild. Our assignment today was we had to find 7 quotes to write that completed the title of the chapter. This was the only thing we did today in class. Once we were done with the assignment we turned it in to Mr. Rease. During class we had a tornado drill so that took 5 minutes till we went back to class. 

 Today we went over how to find sources for our research project. Then after we went over it we had to find 10 sources by ourself and put them in our folder online. Each group member had to do this to make a total of 40 sources. I didn’t get all 10 done today but tomorrow we will work on this same thing. That was the whole class period for today.

 Today we went over our prompts we turned in last week. Most groups  didn’t have a good question so the whole period we came up with 5 questions for our prompt and had Mr.Rease check them. Then after we did those questions we picked one question and typed it on our prompt. Then we made corrections to our introduction where Mr. Rease left comments on. That was the whole class period.

 Today we went over our questions our group did. Mr.Rease chose the questions from different groups for us to answer. Today’s class was empty so this is what we did for the whole period. While we asked and answered questions we came up with questions we could relate to. Then once we was done with that we watched a clip from the movie of the part we read.

 Today we turned in our discussion questions from yesterday. Then we went over our research projects and the next step. We went through 3 different sites we will use. We went over how to use all of them for the whole class period. Mr.Rease felt how drained we were so our class lesson ended with us only doing to things.

 Today we got back in our groups for the research project. We had to share a document of our introduction and revise it with our group. We did the other two body paragraphs and then we read the book wild. We had to come up with three discussion questions that we will go over tomorrow. That is what we did then it was time to go.
