 Today I went to class for 19 minutes. After that I had to leave class early for a basketball game. Therefore I wasn’t in class for the remainder of the period.

 Today we read a poem called Birches by Robert Frost. The poem was about trying to escape adult hood and going bake to childhood. Next we defined different vocabulary words and determined ways to escape from Earth physically and mentally. We explained the difference between adulthood and childhood and how they are totally different. We referred to childhood as a carefree time in our life and adulthood as a not carefree time with responsibilities.

 Today we had to go to 4th period as our first period. The whole class period we took the benchmark test. I did not finish the contracted response because I ran out of time. Then today we had a pep rally at the end of the day. Our junior class got the spirit stick and it was fun.
